You practice in our infrared-heated room, this dynamic and energizing experience combines 26 yoga poses with the intensity of heat. Hot Express

Hot Express class is a 60 minute condensed session featuring your favourite 26 poses. Designed to maximize efficiency, each pose is performed once, allowing you to experience a sequence that strengthens, stretches, and invigorates the body. Elevate your energy, enhance flexibility, and leave feeling rejuvenated in one efficient session.

Vinyasa

Experience the flow and power for 60 minutes, where movement seamlessly blends with breath. Move through a dynamic sequence of yoga postures, transitioning thoughtfully from one pose to another. Cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as you synchronize breath and movement, creating a harmonious and uplifting practice.

Hot Vinyasa

Want to add some FIRE to your flow? Embrace the power of our Hot Vinyasa class. An hour set in our infrared-heated room, this class combines the flowing movements of Vinyasa with the transformative power of heat. Build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance as you flow through a sequence of postures, guided by the rhythm of your breath.

Hatha

Hot Hatha

Hot Yin

Inferno Hot Pilates

Hot Hybrid

It’s always a good time to SWEAT - try this Hot 26 flow hybrid class that combines elements from both Bikram and vinyasa. Embrace the flowing movements of Vinyasa, all in our infrared-heated room. Build strength and increase flexibility, both physically and mentally, you are in for a treat.

Mat Pilates

Apart from mind-body awareness, the main benefits of mat pilates include core stability, pelvic floor muscle health, as well as improved posture & alignment. For postpartum moms, mat pilates may help relieve incontinence and manage diastasis recti. Mat pilates is beneficial to all women who have given birth at some point, and are considered postpartum.

Kundalini & Gong Relaxation

Kundalini is a relatively new form of yoga in the Philippines, and has attracted more practitioners because of the mental and spiritual benefits it offers, aside from a physical workout. A regular Kundalini practice helps strengthen the nervous and glandular systems, achieve mental clarity, and effectively respond to the mental & emotional challenges of daily urban life. This 60-minute session incorporates breathwork, movement, meditation and deep relaxation with the calming & grounding energies of the gong.

Ashtanga 60

This dynamic class combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. During this class, the standing, seated, and finishing sequences may be shortened or modified. The Ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this Yoga tradition and may be included.

Power Hour

Level up your Vinyasa practice with strong, dynamic postures that will get you flowing faster. Power Hour explores more complex movements, challenges your stamina, and leave you feeling free and revitalized.

Core Flow

A 60-minute dynamic and non-heated practice, moving the spine in several directions with emphasis on accessing the core muscles to develop awareness, strength and stability, while maintaining mobility and flexibility in the whole body.

Kid's Yoga

Kids yoga is a playful and meaningful avenue for children aged 4 to 8 years to develop a variety of skills in a fun and nurturing way. It allows children to move mindfully, strengthen their minds and bodies, and express themselves in a loving space. It's much more than yoga poses; it's a journey of self-discovery that equips children with body awareness, mindfulness, self-love, and kindness to others. Kids yoga provides a healthy balance of movement, music, games, socialization, breathing techniques, and self-expression.

DETOX FLOW

This is a warm practice set at a temperature of 34.5C, intended to improve circulation and mobility as we flow. The practice begins with simple breathwork, flowing through a breath-centric sequence where emphasis is placed on controlled and continuous movements. The session finishes off with selected longer held twists to release and rinse out any tension, leaving you refreshed and re-energized.

DETOX SLOW FLOW

This is a warm practice set at a temperature of 34.5C, intended to improve circulation and mobility as we flow. This warm practice begins with simple breathwork, and gently flows through a breath-centric sequence with emphasis on slow, controlled and continuous movements. The session finishes off with selected longer held twists to release and rinse out any tension, perfect way to wind down.
